Make an issue easy to reproduce

Include the game title, page URL, browser, device, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot is useful when a layout or message is involved. Do not send passwords or private save data.

Corrections and rights

For a guide correction, identify the specific instruction. For a copyright concern, identify the work, the exact game or page URL, your relationship to the work, and a way to reply. See Terms of Use.

Check your message draft

This form checks fields only. It does not send or store your message. Copy the draft into your own email service to send it.

JavaScript is needed for the local draft check. You can always write directly using the address above.

Choose a useful subject

  • Game loading or controls: name the game and whether the problem happens inside the frame, after Expand, or on the author’s direct page.
  • Guide correction: quote the instruction, explain the current behavior, and link to a source when available.
  • Accessibility: describe the device, input method or assistive technology, the blocked action, and any helpful alternative.
  • Privacy: explain whether your request concerns this site’s browser lists, an email you sent, or a game’s separate host.
  • Copyright or attribution: identify the work and the precise game, image, text or notice involved.

What to include in a bug report

A short, reproducible report is more useful than a large amount of personal information. Include the page URL, browser name and version if known, phone/tablet/computer type, screen orientation, input method and the last few actions before the problem. Say whether it happens every time and whether the direct game link behaves differently.

Screenshots may help, but remove personal details, private messages and unrelated browser tabs before sharing them. Never send passwords, authentication codes, payment information or private save files.

Sending a message and getting a reply

The address above is the contact channel for Pure Lattice. Copy it into your own email service and send your message there. The form on this page is a draft checker, not an inbox: a successful check does not mean a message was delivered, queued or received. It does not open your email application.

We may ask for a clearer reproduction or enough information to identify a rights or privacy request. There is no guaranteed reply time, round-the-clock support service or promise that we can repair a third-party game. External host failures and game-internal problems may need the relevant author’s involvement.
