Terms of Use
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Using Pure Lattice
Pure Lattice provides a browser-game directory, English play guides and a player that embeds externally hosted games. Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. If these terms do not suit you, discontinue use. The Privacy Policy explains the interface’s data handling.
Games and availability
The collection includes 19 original personal projects by MEST and 41 open-source games by ABA Games. Each listing identifies its external host and source repository. Games may change independently of the guide, become temporarily unavailable, or behave differently across devices. No account, payment service, prize, cloud-save promise or uptime guarantee is offered by the Pure Lattice interface.
Use the controls and settings in each game. Reloading, unloading or leaving a page can lose unsaved progress. Your browser’s storage and privacy settings affect local lists and game saves.
Ownership and separate notices
Original game code, site text and the Pure Lattice identity retain their applicable rights. Public access to a repository is not by itself permission to copy, redistribute or commercially reuse it. Game engines, fonts, models, audio and other components retain their separate licenses and attribution requirements. See Creator & credits and the linked repository and in-game notices.
Game-page screenshots depict the corresponding games. You may link to a page; broader reuse of protected material requires the relevant permission unless an applicable legal exception allows it.
Respectful use
Do not interfere with hosting, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or misuse contact channels. Do not claim that a browser score or local save is an official competition result. No public upload, comment or player-messaging feature is provided.
Copyright and corrections
Send concerns to [email protected]. Include the protected work, the exact page or game URL, a description of the disputed material, your authority to act, and reliable contact details. Give enough information to locate and assess the issue. Guide corrections should identify the instruction and the observed behavior.
External services and limitations
External hosts and repositories apply their own service terms and privacy policies. The site and games are provided as available; loading, compatibility and save persistence cannot be guaranteed. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No specific court, arbitration arrangement or fixed liability cap is imposed by this page.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes, with the revision date shown above. For questions, use [email protected] or see the Contact page.
Scope of the service
These terms describe access to the Pure Lattice directory, written guides, screenshot covers, favorites interface and embedded player. The portal helps you discover and open games; a separate host delivers each game’s runtime. No subscription, purchase, prize competition, account service or cloud backup is supplied by the portal in this version.
Use the service in a way that is appropriate for your device, circumstances and applicable rules. If you are using it on behalf of another person or organization, do not misrepresent your authority. These terms do not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship with a player or game author.
Permitted access and creator licenses
You may access the published pages and use the provided play and navigation controls for lawful enjoyment. The portal does not grant a general right to extract, repackage or redistribute all site content. Any broader reuse depends on the rights in the material, the relevant license or applicable legal exceptions.
The 41 added ABA Games titles have linked MIT notices. Rights granted under an applicable open-source license remain governed by that license; these site terms do not narrow them. Conversely, an open-source code license should not be assumed to cover every separately credited asset, brand, screenshot or other work. Follow the specific notices on the game page, repository and credits page.
Conduct that can harm the service
- Do not introduce malicious code, probe for unauthorized access or bypass technical restrictions.
- Do not overload the portal or a game host with disruptive automated requests.
- Do not impersonate the operator, a game creator or a rights holder.
- Do not submit misleading reports, expose another person’s private information or misuse the contact channel.
- Do not present local scores, favorites or recent-launch records as an official ranking, endorsement or competition result.
Reports, review and removal
A copyright or attribution report should identify the protected work, the exact page or material, why you believe there is a problem, your relationship to the rights holder, and a way to reply. Where relevant, explain whether you request a corrected credit, a changed notice or removal. Do not send claims you know are false. This contact process is not represented as a statutory filing procedure for every jurisdiction.
We may request clarification and may correct a guide, disable a link, or replace or remove material while reviewing permission, security, accessibility or compatibility concerns. A report is not automatic proof that a claim is valid, and the portal cannot guarantee removal from a separate author’s host. Affected authors may use the same contact channel to provide relevant information.
Progress, device behavior and external services
Browser storage can be cleared, partitioned, blocked or unavailable. Favorites save links rather than a playable offline copy. Game progress, sound settings, input support and accessibility depend on the individual game and browser. Keep any backup the game itself supports before a reload or device change; the portal cannot recover a game’s private storage.
Creator sites, source repositories and providers operate independently and may apply their own terms. Their links identify useful destinations, not an endorsement of every later change. A source repository and a playable deployment may be at different versions.
Availability, warranties and lawful limitations
The portal and games are offered as available. We do not promise continuous access, error-free operation, a particular score, suitability for every user, compatibility with every device, or preservation of progress. Upstream license notices may contain their own warranty terms.
To the extent a limitation is permitted by applicable law, the portal does not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential loss arising from interrupted access, an external service or lost browser data. Nothing here excludes liability or overrides a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not specify a fixed liability cap, mandatory arbitration arrangement or choice of jurisdiction.
Updates and questions
Games, links and portal features can change or be discontinued. Material changes to these terms should be reflected on this page with an updated date. Questions about a particular version or action can be sent through Contact. For practical use, see Playing here and the FAQ; data handling is described separately in the Privacy Policy.
